When you purchase directly from Connected Lines you receive the benefit of our 30-day return policy on software products. If you are not satisfied or if our software does not work for your application then return it for a refund.The full paid purchase price of the product is refunded. Shipping and handling cost is not refunded. Return shipping and handling costs are assumed by the customer and is not refunded.
Refund Instructions
To receive a refund, you must adhere to the following rules:
- The original CD-ROM and a copy of the invoice must be returned.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date found on the invoice shipped with the product.
- Connected Lines cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost during return shipping. Connected Lines recommends that all returned merchandise be insured.
- All returned software must be uninstalled from your computer. It is illegal to continue use of the software once it has been returned.
- All personal copies of returned software must be destroyed. It is illegal to continue use of the software once it has been returned.

Refunds
Upon receipt of a return:
- Connected Lines will provide a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded. Return shipping and handling costs are assumed by the customer and is not refunded.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the product was originally purchased. If you purchased by credit card, your account will be credited. If you purchased by check, you will receive a refund by check.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
