When you purchase directly from Connected Lines you receive the benefit of our 30-day return policy.
Upgrading from an Older Version
To order an upgrade, you must own a version of the same software product prior to the current retail version.

For license verification, when placing your order you must either:
- Provide your single user license number located on your CD sleeve or in your Getting Started Manual (if provided).

Shipping Rates
US Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority to these listed destinations. All other international destinations are shipped via airmail or Global Express Mail. Exchange Rates
Connected Lines sells software worldwide. We bill MasterCard and Visa orders in United States Dollars, USD. The bank applies the appropriate exchange rate to the transaction when processing your credit card order.
Order Confirmation
If you would like to receive confirmation that your order has been received, provide your email address with your order. The confirmation email includes products ordered, total billing, and shipping address. We never include sensitive credit card information on the confirmation.
Terms and Conditions
Please allow 7 business days for U.S. orders and 14 business days for International orders.
Please allow extra processing time for orders placed by mail. All orders placed by mail must be accompanied by check, money order, or credit card number. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank and be in U.S. currency.
If you have a Promotional Coupon, enter the Promotional Coupon code in the required field when placing your order online.When placing an order by mail, a printed copy of the Promotional Coupons must accompany your order. Promotional Coupons are not valid towards the purchase of Software Upgrades.
The state of New Hampshire has no sales tax. Connected Lines does not collect any state, regional or country taxes. Each customer is responsible for paying their regional taxes, if any. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, if any.
The Connected Patten Maker and the Connected Furniture Styles software applications come with a 30-day return. The full purchase price paid excluding shipping and handling charges is refunded. Please read our Return Policy for more information.
